I am really enjoying these shoes. They do make me feel as though I’ve done a good job when I walk in them. They do target the thighs buttocks more which is great! They look better on than in the pictures. They make me feel taller which is cool since I’m only 5′2″. The shoe seems to be made of a nice quality. They come with 2 sets of laces that stay tied and don’t slip to untie often. As for size…I usually go with a 6 or 6.5 and I choose the 6.5 and happen to have a nice comfy fit. I can definitely wear these for a long time. The foot I usually have problems with doesn’t hurt quite so much so they are helping. I found that it took me a little getting used to going up down stairs a lot (helping someone move things out of an apartment with 22 stairs) with these shoes. But nothing to be overly concerned with unless one has major balance issues.br /br /On a side note, my parents both have a pair of Shape-Ups. My mom has MS and thus has balance issues and she seems to be doing better after wearing these shoes. Sometimes she feels a little wobbly on them but I think she would no matter what shoes she had on. These are helping her regain her balance a bit more helping her lose some weight.br /br /I would definitely recommend any of these shoes, even at their price, because they are so comfy make one feel as though one is getting more of a workout than just walking.
